Fitting neu Ständer (die kleine Schweißprozess)

Hallo Freunde,

Bicycle old stand very worn. many was swinging ,enlarged screw holes. Also After installing 28'' suspension fork, most stand short. Not balance bicycle. Very easy falls. Therefore, I bought new a stand. from a local vendor. price 7€ . (German made). I did the welding process. a solid washers. After staining. I do not have a compatible shock absorbers now. I will explore later in Turkey. I will assembly with Schwingungsdämpfer after.

Du hast doch jetzt die Motor Vibrationen 1:1 auf den Rahmen übertragen. Und was ist wenn du die
Kette spannen willst ?. Feile Langlöcher rein und nehme ein M8 Doppelgewinde Gummilager. Was du
da gemacht hast taugt überhaupt nichts.
Diese Gummilager gibts in verschiedenen Ausführungen.

Hallo Dampframme ,Your suggestions is very nice. . I researched car spare parts shops this evening. I think I found one suitable shock-absorbing rubber. Price 2 € . Now it's very nice. No vibration, it is wonderful

Yes, both sides of the welding. The washer upper and lower welding. very strong

Das sieht bedingt schon besser aus. Wenn du den Auspuff auf die obere befestigung bekommst wäre es noch besser.
Falls das Gummi mal reißen sollte dann schlägt der Auspuff nach unten auf die Straße und der macht der Motor einen
Überschlag, so wie du das jetzt gebaut hast steht er immer auf Zug. Machs lieber anders herrum.
Vieleicht kann das jemand Übersetzen, kann kein englisch.
Roter Strich= Gummi reist und fällt nach unten. Auspuff =gelb Tauschen nach oben, ist Sicherer.

Well i am sorry to hear that you don,t speak english Dampframme. Well i am trying to translate it wot you wrote. As i am dutch lool. i,ll give it mine best.

Wel wot he is trying to say is. The fitting off your exhauster should be on the upper side. And not on the lower side off the rubber.Because when it brakes off it wil spin arround. Because the exhaust is on drag all the time. So when its on the upper side off the rubber ............

Well i don,t get the last part. Because where,s the ........... off the rubber when you put on iron on iron and there,s no rubber in between.

So muß es aussehen, Auspuff nach oben, dann kann er nicht durchschlagen.

Dietmar, das funktioniert mit dem Ständer, den Watchtech hat, nicht.

what Dampframme said, was, if you have the rubber under the washer it could tear apart. In that case the exhaust would swing around, dig himself into the ground and lever you off your bike. It is better to put the rubber on top of the washer. but you can see that on his latest photo.
